My love for broadway musicals began back in 2002 when I went to my first show ever in New York City. Linh got us tickets to see Rent and ever since then, I would try to go to as many shows as I can. My all time favorite? Mamma Mia! I would love to go see this show again if they ever came to Houston.
Few weeks ago, I went to see Phantom of the Opera and though I am not a fan of anything opera, I give this show two thumbs up. Would I go see it again? Probably not. One opera show is good enough for me. The production was amazing and I love the scattered humor that was presented through out the show. The only complaint is there were few scenes where the singing makes you go 'wth are they saying/singing?!?!?'.
